The wine is dark amber in color with a golden hue and is aged in Kakhuri traditional method from Kakhuri green grapes harvested in the Manavi microzone. It takes time to open the glass. Aromas of Georgian spices, roasted walnuts, caramel, tobacco, and black tea are expressed. It has a medium body, with characteristic tannins and balanced acidity. It has a lingering taste and dark fruit tones.

The wine has several years of aging in the bottle. Goes well with delicate lamb dishes, vegetable ragout, a variety of cheeses, and poultry.
