This dry white wine is crafted from the Tsolikauri grape variety, harvested in the Imereti region. Produced at the "Anemo" family wine cellar using classic winemaking technology, this expression focuses on preserving the pristine freshness and character of Western Georgia's noble variety. The 2023 vintage showcases an excellent balance between power and elegance. The wine displays a delicate straw hue in the glass. Its bouquet is of medium intensity, featuring the characteristic white orchard fruit and citrus notes of Tsolikauri, developing with pleasant lightness. On the palate, it is defined by a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity, making it both energetic and refreshing. The 13.5% alcohol content provides a good body, while the clean, medium-length finish results in a harmonious and polished profile. This Tsolikauri pairs perfectly with fish, seafood, poultry, traditional Imeretian cuisine, and fresh cheeses.
