Saperavi is a blend of modern and ancient Georgian traditional technology, brewed in stainless steel with skin and stems, and then aged in French oak barrels. The color is dark ruby, and the aroma is dominated by cherry, berry fruit, raspberry, and blueberry tones, combined with oak barrel aromas such as tobacco and dark chocolate. The palate is velvety, with soft tannins and a full body.

The wine goes perfectly with truffle pasta and prosciutto pizza.
