This dry white wine is produced from Goruli Mtsvane grapes harvested on the historic, sun-drenched slopes of Ateni Terraces in the Kartli region. The terraced vineyards and the valley’s specific microclimate allow the grapes to develop a unique minerality and aromatic complexity. Crafted in a family cellar using classic techniques, this wine is a true reflection of the authenticity and character of the Ateni terroir.

The wine showcases a brilliant straw color. Its bouquet is distinguished by a sophisticated blend of white orchard fruits and delicate notes of dried flowers. On the palate, the wine reveals the natural strength of the variety; a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity meets smooth, round tannins, which, combined with 13% alcohol, create a well-structured and full-bodied profile.

This Goruli Mtsvane perfectly pairs with roasted poultry, fatty fish dishes, walnut-based appetizers, and aged Georgian cheeses.
