The wine is amber in color with aromas of dried herbs and flowers, a rounded tannin, a slight hint of dried apricots, medium acidity and a finish.
The wine will be interesting to taste after 8 years of aging.
Goes well with boiled meat, fried fish, dried fruits, mushrooms seasoned with spices.
