Produced from Saperavi grapes harvested in the prestigious Mukuzani micro-zone of Kakheti, this dry red wine reflects the true power of its origin. The Mukuzani terroir is renowned for its specific soil composition, which imparts exceptional depth and structure to the Saperavi variety. Crafted by the Dakishvili family winery using classic techniques and aged in oak barrels, this vintage possesses a noble and multi-layered character. The wine displays a deep ruby color in the glass. The bouquet is complex and inviting, featuring sophisticated notes of smoke and leather derived from oak aging, harmoniously blended with dark berry undertones. On the palate, it is full-bodied and robust; the vibrant, "cyanic" acidity and 13.5% alcohol content create a powerful frame, perfectly balanced by smooth, round tannins.
