A classic Kakhetian blend of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane, this golden-hued wine from Dimitri’s small family winery is fermented on the skins, following traditional Georgian winemaking practices.
Delicate aromas of wildflowers and yellow apple lead the way, while the palate is soft, balanced, and clean — with subtle tannins and a light, textured mouthfeel that makes it an excellent food companion.
Unfiltered and artisanal, this wine expresses the natural beauty of Kakheti’s terroir through minimal intervention and thoughtful craftsmanship. Sourced from vineyards in the Sagarejo microzone — known for producing wines with gentle acidity and floral-fruited aromatic profiles.
Perfect with roasted vegetables, soft cheeses, lightly grilled chicken, or baked fish. Also pairs beautifully with traditional Georgian dishes like pkhali or eggplant rolls.
