Ethno Khikhvi Kakhetian Mtsvane Qvevri 2022 is a dry amber wine crafted in Manavi using qvevri techniques and organically grown grapes of Kakhetian Mtsvane and Khikhvi. It reveals delicate aromas of white fruit, complemented by a medium body and a velvety texture that brings balance and finesse.
The natural structure and subtle qvevri influence make it a fine match for lightly roasted turkey, white fish with green pepper sauce, meat dishes with bulgur and dried fruit, or hazelnut-based vegetable recipes. Versatile and elegant, it fits both an autumn table and a springtime spread.
