Rkatsiteli, the most common white grape variety in Georgia, is distinguished by its strong character and structure. Ethnos Rkatsiteli from 2021 is an excellent example of what this grape variety should be like. This bright amber-colored wine has aromas of overripe fruits, dried fruits, white plums, and apricots. On the palate you can feel soft tannins with a long finish.

The wine is perfect for immediate enjoyment but also holds great aging potential. It pairs harmoniously with white meat, sweet and sour sauce, Chinese cucumber salad, and fried oily fish.
