This dry amber wine is crafted from the Kisi grape variety, harvested in the Akhmeta municipality of the Kakheti region. Produced by "Wine Thieves" using traditional Qvevri methods, this expression gains exceptional authenticity, structural integrity, and character. The 2022 vintage presents itself as a robust wine in the traditional Kakhetian style. The wine displays an intense amber hue in the glass. The bouquet is of medium intensity, featuring the delicate, exotic tones characteristic of Kisi, seamlessly blended with Qvevri-derived aromas. On the palate, the wine is defined by a "cyanic" (vibrant) acidity and firm, rough tannins, giving it a robust, masculine profile. The 12% alcohol content ensures a lighter profile, while the Qvevri structure maintains the wine's full-bodied feel and strength. This Amber Kisi pairs perfectly with fatty fish, roasted poultry, walnut-based appetizers, and aged cheeses.
