This wine is made from Saperavi grapes, alcoholic fermentation was in qvevri for approximately two weeks before being transferred to stainless steel tanks. It displays a cherry color and varietal aromas typical of Saperavi, including forest berries like blackberries, red currants, and blueberries, as well as black plums. Subtle earthy and meaty undertones contribute to its full-bodied profile, accompanied by rounded tannins and berry flavors.

With its potential for bottle aging, Solomnishvili is an excellent companion to beef steak, burgers, or vegetable ragout.
