Wine is made from Tsitska grapes grown in the microzone of the Second Svir, this wine follows the traditional Georgian method, fermented in qvevri with an extended maceration with the skin.
The wine has a medium amber color. It has intense aromas of dried yellow-skinned fruits such as apples, apricots, plums, as well as notes of spices and nuts. With a medium body, high acidity, ripe tannins, and a long finish.
Best enjoyed between 2021 and 2025, It is a gastronomic wine that demands to be paired with food. You can pair it with sausage boards, sushi, and grilled vegetables with tahini sauce.
