The wine is cherry in color with good transparency, with light hints of both barrel and sour cranberry. Light acidity, light tannins and a flavor of currant on the palate.
It will be pleasant to taste the wine with aging for up to 6 years.
The wine will go well with ham, aged cheese, walnuts, and overripe dry fruits.
