The members of the Khundadze family are represented on the wine label, in the form of a genealogical bunch of grapes.
Nikifore Khashmi Saperavi is made from Saperavi grapes grown in Khashmi microzone. The wine is fermented with skin maceration including seeds. It has a cherry color, aromas of cherry, watermelon jam, rosemary and forest soil. The wine is distinguished by its full body, strong tannins, meaty texture and high alcohol content. It has a distinctive character that will definitely make you memorable.
Wine has great potential for aging in the bottle. Perfectly paired with grilled beef with blackberry sauce, pork chops, grilled eggplant and red bell peppers.
