This dry red wine is a classic blend of two powerful varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Saperavi. Harvested in the Kakheti region and aged in oak barrels, this expression has achieved exceptional nobility and structural perfection. The 2019 vintage presents itself as a well-matured, rich, and multi-layered wine. The wine displays an intense ruby hue in the glass. Its bouquet is long and persistent, featuring ripe aromas of blueberry, raspberry, and red currant that blend seamlessly with the sophisticated notes derived from oak maturation. On the palate, it is defined by a full body and a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity, which, combined with the 13.5% alcohol content, creates an energetic profile. Oak aging has rendered the tannins soft and velvety, giving the wine a polished and complete character. This blend pairs excellently with roasted red meats, steaks, game, and strong, aged cheeses.
