Product details:
This wine is made using the traditional Georgian method in qvevri, with an extended maceration with the skin.
The wine has an intense reddish-amber color, aromas of ripe peaches, dried apricots, roasted walnuts, and spices. On the palate, the wine has sharp, young and full tannins. The wine is full-bodied and needs to be aged. Enjoy 2025-2028 with grilled red meat, bloody sausages, bitter dark chocolate, and beef stew.
