This dry amber organic (Bio) wine is crafted from Rkatsiteli grapes harvested in the prestigious Napareuli micro-zone of the Kakheti region. Produced by Chateau Buera using traditional Qvevri methods and strictly adhering to organic winemaking standards, this expression ensures maximum naturalness and authenticity. The 2024 vintage showcases the energetic yet sophisticated character of the Rkatsiteli variety. The wine displays an intense dark amber hue with yellowish glints. Its bouquet is of medium intensity, featuring characteristic Qvevri undertones seamlessly blended with clean varietal aromas. On the palate, it is defined by a medium body and a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity, which imparts a refreshing edge. Maturation in clay vessels has rendered the tannins soft and velvety, creating a balanced and harmonious profile alongside the 12% alcohol content.
