Product details:
The wine is purple. Under the influence of the barrel, the characteristic tone of leather is strongly felt in the aromas. Later, sour berry tones also appear. High on the palate and lively acidity that lingers. There is also a slight vanilla tone. Has medium tannin and finish.
The wine is interesting to taste after 10 years of aging.
Pairs well with very fatty and sweet-spicy dishes.
