Tsitska is made using this approach, fermented in a qvevri and then aged in American oak barrels. Tsitska, a leading variety of Western Georgia, produces a dark amber-colored wine. The oak barrel's influence enriches the aroma with tones of spices and vanilla, blending perfectly with the varietal aromas. The palate exhibits a strong texture and velvety tannins, creating a complex and rich wine.

From a gastronomic view, it pairs well with various cuisines, both Asian and Georgian, also pears with really well dried fruits and nuts.
