This dry amber wine is a blend of Muskaturi Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes harvested in the village of Saniore, Kakheti. Crafted by the "Satsnakheli" winery using traditional Qvevri methods, this expression brings a unique structure and complexity to these two aromatic varieties. Prolonged skin contact in the clay vessel has preserved the rich primary aromas while imparting the characteristic body of a classic Kakhetian wine. The wine displays a brilliant amber hue in the glass. The bouquet is highly expressive, where the floral and sweetish undertones of Muskaturi Rkatsiteli harmoniously blend with the herbal notes of Mtsvane. On the palate, it is energetic and well-balanced; high, vibrant acidity and smooth, round tannins, combined with 12% alcohol, create a refined and pleasant profile. This amber wine pairs excellently with spicy Asian cuisine, traditional walnut-based dishes, grilled fish, and medium-aged cheeses.
