Ethno Kakhetian Mtsvane Rkatsiteli 2022 is a dry amber wine crafted in qvevri from organically grown Kakhetian Mtsvane and Rkatsiteli grapes in Manavi. It opens with aromas of stone fruits and ripe orchard fruit, supported by a pronounced acidity that brings freshness and vigor to the palate.
Its structured body and natural qvevri expression make it a superb pairing for rich white meats, lavash-wrapped chicken, eggplant stuffed with raisins and walnuts, or beef in nut-based sauces. A wine built for extended dining, it subtly enhances a variety of dishes with its vibrant and earthy character.
