The wine made from the Chinuri grape variety is crafted using the traditional Georgian method - qvevri. Chinuri is a light, tender, aromatic variety from the Kartli region, one of Georgia's leading wine regions. The wine has a light amber color and aromas of dried fruits and herbs. The taste is full and rich, with the aromas perceived in the nose perfectly replicated.
The wine develops properly in the bottle and pairs perfectly with grilled fish and gorgonzola.
