This dry white wine is an intriguing expression of the Akhmeta (Kakheti) terroir and the rare Georgian grape variety—Kakhetian Mtsvivani. Produced at the Peradze family winery using classic technology and matured in oak barrels, this wine has gained exceptional nobility and structural completeness. The 2023 vintage presents itself as a refined wine with a diverse aromatic profile. The wine displays a brilliant straw hue in the glass. Its bouquet is rich with notes of ripe white orchard fruits, seamlessly blended with pleasant sweetish undertones. On the palate, it is defined by a medium body and a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity, giving it an energetic edge. Aging in oak barrels has imparted smoothness and sophistication, culminating in a harmonious, medium-length finish.
