Produced at Peradze's family winery using classic techniques and subsequently aged in oak barrels, this expression gains an added layer of complexity and elegance over Tavkveri's natural freshness. The 2022 vintage presents itself as a well-rounded and balanced wine. The wine displays an intense pomegranate hue in the glass. The bouquet is rich and inviting, where aromas of wild berries—blackberry and blueberry—harmoniously blend with the subtle chocolate notes derived from oak aging. On the palate, it is defined by a medium body and a smooth structure. The 12.5% alcohol is perfectly integrated into its velvety profile, leading to a clean and concise finish.
