Product details:
The wine is made using the traditional Georgian qvevri technology, unfiltered and bottled. Apple tones are well felt in the aroma. Medium on the palate, with soft tannins and a spicy finish. The wine is expected to have a natural lee, which is recommended to be removed by decanting.
The wine is interesting to taste after 5 years of aging.
It goes well with baked apples, nuts, and noodles.
