This naturally sparkling white dry wine is produced from Tsitska and Tsolikauri grapes harvested in the estates of Lamiskana. The favorable microclimate and mineral-rich soil of the estate impart an exceptional freshness and aromatic purity to the fruit. Crafted using the ancestral Petnat method, the wine completes its fermentation in the bottle, resulting in a natural effervescence and a truly authentic character. The wine showcases a delicate straw color and an inviting bouquet of fresh white orchard fruits. On the palate, it is defined by a light body and a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity—a hallmark of the Tsitska variety—which, combined with an 11.5% alcohol content, offers an airy and refreshing experience. The secondary fermentation in the bottle adds a pleasant structure and dynamic texture to the finish. This Petnat perfectly pairs with light summer salads, fresh seafood, young cheeses, and cold appetizers.
