Lionidze’s Zvari Saperavi Reserve 2019 appears in a light purple tone, reflecting the maturity of the vintage. The aroma shows medium intensity, combining blackberry, blueberry and red berry notes in a layered, expressive profile.
A combination of qvevri winemaking and oak-barrel maturation gives the wine depth and structural firmness. The palate presents viscous acidity, adding definition and highlighting the wine’s concentrated style. The characteristic traits of Saperavi — color intensity, dark fruit expression and natural structure — are distinctly visible.
