This dry red wine is a classic expression of one of Kakheti's most prestigious micro-zones—Mukuzani. Crafted from the Saperavi grape variety, it was produced using classic technology followed by maturation in oak barrels. The aging in oak has imparted the wine with structural completeness and a noble character. The 2023 vintage stands out for its robust power, reflected in its 14% alcohol content. The wine displays a deep ruby hue in the glass. Its bouquet is rich with intensive aromas of ripe black plum, harmoniously blended with subtle oak undertones. On the palate, the wine is defined by a "cyanic" (vibrant) acidity and soft, velvety tannins, which provide a refined and pleasant profile. This Mukuzani is a powerful, full-bodied, yet elegant wine. It pairs perfectly with roasted red meats, steaks, traditional Georgian BBQ (Mtsvadi), and aged cheeses.
