This naturally sparkling white wine is crafted in Manavi using 90% Mtsvane and 10% Rkatsiteli grapes, following the ancestral Pétillant Naturel (Pet-Nat) method. The result is an unfiltered, vibrant expression of Georgian freshness with soft bubbles and youthful character. It shows a straw-colored hue with aromas of white orchard fruits. On the palate, the wine is lively and fresh, with pleasant acidity and a subtle texture that speaks to its natural fermentation in bottle. Perfect as an aperitif or a companion to light fare, this Pet-Nat pairs beautifully with seafood, fresh salads, roasted pork, or semi-soft cheeses. Serve chilled at 6–8°C to appreciate its freshness and unrefined charm. Contains sulfites.
