Manavi Mtsvane 2021 is an amber-colored dry wine made in qvevri, crafted from the Mtsvane grape variety grown in the renowned Manavi micro zone of Kakheti. This natural wine reveals ripe white fruit on the nose, accompanied by a pleasant, refreshing acidity and a harmonious, well-rounded palate. The traditional qvevri aging process imparts both elegance and structure.
Reflecting the unique terroir of Manavi, where soil and microclimate contribute to the grape’s refined expression, this wine pairs beautifully with trout in herb sauce, delicate veal dishes, or vegetable-based cuisine alongside traditional khachapuri.
