This dry white wine is produced from Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvane grapes harvested in the prestigious Tsinandali micro-zone of Kakheti. The sun-drenched vineyards and ideal plot exposures of Tsinandali impart a distinct nobility and aromatic richness to the fruit. The wine is crafted using classic techniques and aged in oak barrels, adding a layer of sophisticated complexity to its profile. The wine displays a delicate straw color in the glass. The bouquet features ripe white fruit aromas, harmoniously blended with subtle notes derived from its time in oak. On the palate, the wine is well-structured and balanced; the vibrant, "cyanic" acidity of the Kakhuri Mtsvane variety is complemented by smooth, round tannins from the barrel aging. Together with a 13% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and velvety finish. This Tsinandali perfectly pairs with white meat dishes, grilled fish, walnut-based appetizers, and medium-aged cheeses.
