The Wine House Saperavi 2016 is made in a small cellar in the Tsavkisi Valley in Tbilisi, from grapes grown in the Kakabeti, Kakheti region, using the classic method and aging in oak barrels. Produced by Wine House, it showcases a deep dark ruby color and layered aromatic profile.

The nose opens with intriguing hints of clove (pimpili), complemented by blackberry, black plum, and delicate touches of vanilla—elegantly integrated through oak aging. On the palate, it delivers a harmonious structure, firm yet balanced, with a refined mouthfeel and lingering finish.

Best paired with grilled meats, barbecue dishes, or semi-hard cheeses, this wine reveals the depth and character of mature Saperavi from an excellent vintage.
