The wine features a medium ruby color with aromas of dark chocolate, black plum, ripe fig, cinnamon, vanilla, and cedar. It is balanced, medium-bodied, with soft tannins, a dominant barrel influence, and sweet vanilla tones. The fruit promised in the aromas is reiterated on the palate, complemented by medium acidity and a medium, spicy finish. The wine is ready to be served and simultaneously possesses aging potential. Serve from 2024-2030 with Black Angus Steak with Mushroom Gravy, Mushroom and Sausage Pizzas, and planted cheese.
