Produced by Chateau Buera using classic winemaking technology, this expression focuses on showcasing the varietal potential of Saperavi in a clean and vibrant manner. The 2023 vintage stands out for its freshness and refined structure, making it particularly appealing to lovers of young, energetic red wines. The wine displays a brilliant ruby hue in the glass. The bouquet is diverse, featuring harmoniously developed notes of ripe cherry, blackberry, and red currant. On the palate, it is lively and well-balanced; a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity meets smooth, round tannins. Combined with a 12% alcohol content, it offers a harmonious profile leading to a pleasant and velvety finish.
