This dry amber wine is produced from Tsitska grapes harvested in the sun-drenched vineyards of Obcha, Imereti. The unique terroir of Obcha is celebrated for imparting a distinct vitality and aromatic depth to the grapes. The wine is crafted in Qvevri according to ancient Georgian traditions, embodying the authentic character and heritage of Zurab Ghvaladze’s family cellar. The wine showcases a brilliant amber hue in the glass. The aromatic profile features a sophisticated blend of white fruit notes integrated with subtle earthy tones from the Qvevri. On the palate, it is characterized by the vibrant, "cyanic" acidity typical of the Tsitska variety, supported by well-integrated tannins and a balanced 12% alcohol content, creating a crisp and structured finish. This Qvevri wine perfectly pairs with Imeretian cuisine, such as vegetable Pkhali, boiled chicken, and dishes featuring walnut sauces.
