This dry white wine, made from Kisi grapes using the classic method, features a pale greenish hue with delicate floral and fruity aromas. On the nose, fresh citrus — notably grapefruit — is layered with subtle herbal notes, creating an elegant aromatic profile. The palate reveals a medium body with a modest acidity, while the finish is smooth and medium in length. The wine’s structure is enhanced by slightly rough tannins, highlighting the variety’s characteristic depth and grip.

With aging potential in bottle, it pairs beautifully with traditional Georgian dishes like khashi and fresh herbs, as well as light Asian cuisine. Also recommended with white fish, grilled vegetables, and citrus-marinated seafood.
