Heritage premium quality wine, made from Saperavi smoked in Shilda in Qvevri, using the traditional Kakhuri method. The wine is produced in a limited edition, 2000 bottles in total.

The wine is cherry colored with a ruby edge. It has an intense bouquet that needs time to open in the glass. Aromas of barrel and bottle aging are dominant, such as leather, tobacco, dark chocolate, and meat. It has a full body, rounded characteristic tannins and a lingering aftertaste. On the palette you can feel the tones of ripe plums and grilled meat.

Wine needs to be decanted before serving. "Heritage" is already well developed in the bottle according to its age, although it has the potential to age for a few more years. It goes perfectly with grilled or smoked meat with berry sauce, as well as browned, caramelized vegetables.
