Product details:
The wine is dark cherry-colored, unfiltered, brewed with the traditional Georgian qvevri technology. Herbs, vegetarian and mushroom tones are well felt on the aroma. It leaves a spiciness and sharp tannin on the palate and a slight mushroom tone.
The wine will be interesting to taste after 7 years of aging.
It goes well with stewed dishes, fatty boiled and fried meat, and salty cheese.
