This dry amber wine is crafted from the Kisi grape variety, harvested in the village of Maghraani, Akhmeta municipality. Produced at the "Kamkhis Kale" family wine cellar using traditional Qvevri methods, this expression gains exceptional structure, fullness, and character. The 2024 vintage presents itself as a robust wine in the traditional Kakhetian style. The wine displays an intense amber hue in the glass. Its bouquet is rich and complex, featuring a harmonious synthesis of white orchard fruit notes and piquant spices. On the palate, the wine is defined by a distinct structure, showcased through firm, slightly rough tannins and a moderate bitterness (tannic grip). The 12.5% alcohol content is well-integrated into the wine's body, creating an energetic and memorable profile. This Amber Kisi pairs perfectly with fatty fish, roasted poultry, traditional Kakhetian cuisine, and aged cheeses.
