Otskhanuri Sapere is a leading red grape variety. The wine fermented spontaneously and has a deep ruby color. The aroma is dominated by pomegranate and wild blackberry. The palate is characterized by lively acidity and lively fruit tones that create a long, rich finish.

Due to its high acidity, the wine has great potential for aging, in general this variety is ideal for aging. It goes exceptionally well with meat fried in butter, with blackberry sauce.
