The 2019 Kisi, made by traditional Georgian method in qvevri and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, displays a dark amber transitioning to light brown color. Aromas of overripe fruits, apricot jam, and sweet mango, complemented by an elegant and sophisticated structure on the palate. With exposure to air, the wine opens up and develops ideally.
It pairs wonderfully with salmon steak and grilled mushrooms.
