This dry white sparkling wine is crafted from Chinuri and Goruli Mtsvane grapes harvested in the village of Ksovrisi, Kartli. Produced at "Temivino" using the Pét-Nat (Pétillant Naturel) method, the fermentation is completed directly in the bottle. This traditional technique imparts natural effervescence, vitality, and authenticity to the wine. The 2025 vintage presents itself as a remarkably delicate and refreshing sparkler. The wine displays a brilliant straw hue in the glass. Its bouquet is cheerful and spring-like, featuring a pleasant synthesis of white orchard fruit notes and gentle floral aromas. On the palate, the wine is defined by a "cyanic" (vibrant) acidity and the soft perlage of natural carbon dioxide, culminating in a long and pleasant finish. The low 11% alcohol content makes it an ideal choice for a refreshing summer drink. This Pet-Nat pairs perfectly with light appetizers, seafood, fruit platters, and fresh cheeses.
