The wine has a dark ruby color. The aromas are dominated by oak barrel aromas, cinnamon, cedar, tobacco, and cloves. The wine needs to be aerated for 20-30 minutes, after which medium-intensity blackberry, blackcurrant, and black plum aromas appear in the wine. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, with aggressive barrel tannins, medium acidity, and a short finish of ripe fruit. Wine needs aging. Enjoy from late 2024 to 2028 with grilled rib-eye steak, chocolate lava cake, and blue cheese burger.
