Product details:
Made in qvevri in the Mukuzani microzone, Atmisi’s Kisi embodies the calm depth and authenticity of traditional Kakhetian winemaking. Its amber hue and soft radiance speak to the wine’s handmade origin and minimal-intervention approach that honors the purity of the terroir. The aroma reveals notes of white tropical fruit — pineapple, papaya, and hints of dried banana — wrapped in a delicate earthy undertone from the qvevri vessel. On the palate, bright acidity and firm tannins shape a well-defined structure, balanced by a medium body that carries freshness and subtle richness through the finish. The wine was fermented naturally with indigenous yeast, and only a minimal amount of sulphur (25 mg/L) was added to ensure stability and preserve its pure expression. Kisi pairs beautifully with grilled fish, light poultry, fresh vegetable salads, and dishes featuring nuts or subtle fruit accents. Part of Atmisi’s natural qvevri series from Mukuzani, this wine reflects the estate’s philosophy of minimal intervention, unfiltered clarity, and a faithful expression of the Kakhetian terroir.Specifications:
