Binekhi Tsitska 2022 from the Imereti region is crafted using the classic method and offers a light, lively, and refined expression of this elegant native grape. Its straw color reflects freshness and clarity, while the 13.5% alcohol is seamlessly integrated into the structure, giving the wine a rounded and well-balanced profile. The aromatic profile opens with gentle notes of apricot and white fruit, bringing warmth and ripeness. On the palate, it is harmonious and soft, with pleasant acidity balanced by its semi-dry style, preserving elegance and freshness and leading to a light, cheerful finish. Its light body and subtle sweetness make it an excellent match for light Asian dishes, mildly spicy salads with a citrus touch, grilled chicken, and soft cheeses.
