Produced from Rkatsiteli grapes harvested in the historic winemaking zone of Bolnisi, this dry white wine reflects the nobility of its terroir. The sunny microclimate and fertile soil of Bolnisi allow the fruit to reach optimal maturity, imparting a sophisticated character to the wine. It has been crafted using classic European techniques and aged in oak barrels, resulting in a refined structure and multi-layered aromatic complexity. The wine displays a brilliant gold color in the glass. Its bouquet is notably persistent, showcasing a harmonious fusion of ripe fruit aromas and subtle oak influences. On the palate, it is energetic and full-bodied; the vibrant, "cyanic" acidity is perfectly balanced with a 13% alcohol content, leading to an elegant and long-lasting finish.
