Product details:
Bolnisi is an appellation of origin wine. The wine made by the traditional Georgian method in qvevri from Asuretuli Shavi is light cherry in color. Aromas of ripe fruits are highlighted: cherry compote, raspberry jam, barberry. Easy to drink young wine. It has a thin body and pleasant acidity. Cherry and red berry tones are expressed on the palate
It is preferable to enjoy the wine at an early age, although it will keep a good shape in the bottle for several years. Goes well with ham, goat cheese, poultry pate with berry sauce, and mushroom dishes.
