On the palate, it shows an average body, crisp acidity, and a gentle, clean texture. A light saline touch—characteristic of the region’s terroir—adds personality and depth, making the wine both refreshing and structurally engaging.
This Goruli Mtsvane pairs beautifully with seafood, white fish, citrus-driven dishes, fresh salads, and soft cheeses. Serve at 10–12°C to highlight its finesse, minerality, and distinctive Kartli charm.
