The wine has a medium amber color. Aromas of dried apricots, soil, clay, sunflower oil, and spices. The wine is full-bodied. The wine has hard, sharp quince-like tannins, which is why it definitely needs to be aged. Serve between 2025 and 2030 with fatty red meats, seasoned hard cheeses, and steak with mushroom sauce.
