Product details:
The wine is made using traditional Georgian qvevri technology. And then it is transferred to oak barrels for aging.
On the aroma, a tone of spices, rarely noticeable for white wine, can be felt. The effect of the barrel is pronounced on the taste. Strong tannin and medium acidity.
The wine will be interesting to taste after 7 years of aging.
Goes well with roasted poultry; meat salads; Toasted bread with a slightly salty sauce.
